Log a dose in two taps
Your scheduled dose is already filled in. Pick the injection site, add how you feel, done. Or log it from the reminder, a widget, the Lock Screen or Siri.
Reminders that stay private
A reminder just says “Dose time” by default, not the medication name. Pick your own word or emoji if you prefer.
Your whole routine
One medication or a whole stack, each on its own schedule. Cycles, dose changes kept with their date, and pen or vial supply with a heads-up before it runs out.
Progress you can see
A weight chart with your dose changes marked, plus today’s protein, calories and water from Apple Health.
Estimated levels, clearly labeled
For approved GLP-1 medicines with a published half-life, an estimated level over time and a page that shows how it is calculated. An estimate, not a measurement.
Made for iPhone
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a Live Activity countdown on dose day, Siri and Shortcuts, an optional Face ID lock, and a PDF report for your doctor.
Private by design
- No account and no sign-up. You open the app and start logging.
- Your log stays on your iPhone. Medications, doses, sites, symptoms, notes and weight are stored on the device, not on our servers.
- Apple Health stays on the device too. Health data is never sent to us, never sent to analytics, and never used for ads.
Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Works with your medication
Semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, dulaglutide and oral semaglutide, plus any medication or peptide you add by name.
Important. Jably keeps a record of what you take. It does not give medical advice and never suggests or calculates a dose. Use it together with your doctor.
